My story
Build your next chapter
I'm a UX leader, AI instructor, and creative entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in user experience across healthcare, retail, automotive, and media. I start with people: their goals, their challenges, and what would make their lives easier.
I led UX and CX strategy as an Associate Director at Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, and led digital user experience at Sherwin-Williams. Today I teach Product Architecture and UX in the part-time MBA program at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, a course I authored.
Learning AI has opened doors in my own life, from creating children's books to developing training and consulting opportunities. After my corporate role was eliminated, those skills became an important part of building my next chapter.
